Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals based on blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect workpieces for defects and perform necessary adjustments
- Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform quality control checks to ensure welds meet project specifications
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder (at least one year preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of welding materials, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
*Understanding the different components of a MIG welding machine, how to set parameters like voltage, wire feed speed, and shielding gas flow based on the metal being welded.
*Understanding welding techniques and equipment, precise hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, ability to adjust settings based on material thickness, knowledge of shielding gas usage, proper electrode angle, wire feeding control, physical stamina, problem-solving abilities, safety awareness, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints; essentially, a combination of technical proficiency, manual dexterity, and good decision-making to create quality welds consistently.
