Randstad is looking for a manufacturing team lead for a production company on Jacksonville's Southside. The team lead is responsible for production and supervising employees within the department. Previous equipment repair and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required, You will work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Managing and providing direction for a team.
• Monitoring productivity and motivating individuals to meet goals.
• Must have knowledge of all processes for parts produced within the department.
• Accountable for all labor efficiency and department goals.
• Must ensure all team members are properly trained before being put in production on their own.
• Must be willing to perform activities of workers supervised.
• Keep the area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain and properly care for all molds/tools/equipment.
• Turn in daily production reports in a timely manner.
• Sustain high levels of product quality, with a target of zero quality defects or complaints.
• Keep the entire department in compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
