We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings and part dimensions.
• Perform programming adjustments to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
