Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the role is to organize, count, and maintain
basic stock inventory of fence parts and pull job lot quantities ordered by the Seegars Fence
branches.
 The Parts Room Manager is required to work with Cherry Picker and Forklifts. You must be
certified and proficient in operating these lifts safely and efficiently.
 Responsible for unloading all incoming loads and for verifying the condition, quality, and
quantity of the materials received, and fill out an incoming freight sheet for each load.
 Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).


 Performs many other miscellaneous tasks and duties as directed by the operations and
warehouse managers.
 Constantly observe the various processes and seeks improvement in both safety and
efficiency.
 



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 43lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
