- Safely operate and maintain plastic granulators for efficient processing.
- Organize plastic materials onsite for optimal machine performance.
- Monitor reactor system parameters and act on deviations.
- Maintain accurate records and execute product off-take per protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance: hopper filling, parts cleaning, filter replacement.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and work with maintenance for complex repairs.
- Take regular oil product samples for quality control.
- Record production data, system readings, and any operational deviations.
- Maintain organized and thorough documentation for compliance.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts, including day and night schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
- Experience with plastic granulation machines and reactor systems is preferred.

- Regularly take samples of oil products for quality control and consistency.
- Accurately record production data, system readings, and operational deviations.
- Maintain thorough and organized records for easy access and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, ensuring a secure and hazard-free work environment.
