Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight:
- Supervise and guide a small team of 1-2 employees.

- Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Manage shipping and receiving using the UPS carrier system.
- Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and keep track of inventory levels accurately.
- Receive packages, verify contents, and document in the system.

- Customer Service:
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, orders, and pickups.
- Provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
