Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Maintain industrial shredders, motors, centrifugal pumps, chemical feed systems, and other essential equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Use your technical expertise to diagnose issues and implement solutions for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with various teams to maintain equipment and facility systems, enhancing overall reliability.
- Safety & SOP Compliance: Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide Technical Support & Training: Share your knowledge by offering guidance and training to other team members.
- Utilize Your Skills: Perform electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and conduct some welding tasks.
- Experience: 2+ years of field experience in manufacturing or refining environments (preferred).
- Skills: strong knowledge of facility mechanics, electrical circuits, hydraulics, flange assembly, and more.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to perform Root Cause Failure Analysis and resolve complex issues.
- Safety Focused: Knowledge of hazardous material handling and commitment to safety.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft applications, internet use, and CMMS Systems.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds, move large equipment, access confined spaces, and work at heights.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all SOPs are followed, OSHA and other requirements are met.
- Makes recommendations for improving SOPs.
- Follows proper plant operations, repair and installation techniques, SOPs and safe work practices.
- Performs advanced repairs on industrial shredders/granulators, electrical motors and panels, centrifugal pumps and chemical feed systems.
- Performs mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Executes maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
- Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
- Ability to work in tandem with other disciplines in the facility.
- Perform Preventative & Corrective Maintenance on Machinery & Equipment
- Maintain Equipment & Facility to Ensure Maximum Reliability
- Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Maintenance
- Troubleshoot, Diagnose and Develop Solutions for Issues with other disciplines.
