Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise & Lead: Manage and mentor a team of operators to ensure efficient operation of plastic granulation machines and reactor systems. Provide technical guidance and ensure safety protocols and SOPs are followed.
- Plastic Granulation Machines: Oversee safe operation and maintenance of plastic granulators, ensuring efficient processing and proper material organization.
- Reactor System Oversight: Monitor reactor system parameters and address deviations. Ensure proper product off-take per protocols and maintain accurate records.
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Supervise routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for complex repairs.
- Quality Control: Manage oil product sampling and ensure quality control measures are followed.
- Data Reporting & Documentation: Oversee the collection of production data and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, conduct safety checks, and lead safety meetings.
- Shift Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate shift schedules for day and night shifts and maintain open communication with team members and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- Experience with plastic granulation machines and reactor systems is a plus.

- Data Reporting & Documentation: Oversee data collection, system readings, and operational deviations. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, maintain a hazard-free workspace, conduct safety checks, and lead meetings.
- Shift Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate shift schedules for 8-12 hour shifts, including day and night shifts. Maintain open communication with team members, management, and other departments.
