Hi! We are seeking an experienced installation manager at our Madison Heights location. As the Installation Manager, you will lead a team of installers, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of product installations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with the operations and project management teams, ensuring that installations meet company and customer requirements. Please apply as soon as you can in you are interested!

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation of products to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Lead and manage installation teams, providing guidance and resolving on-site challenges as needed.

Ensure installations adhere to client specifications, company standards, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Inspect sites prior to and after installations to confirm readiness and quality of completed work.

Train and develop installation staff to maintain technical proficiency and adherence to safety policies.

Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and materials usage to optimize efficiency.

Address and resolve customer issues or complaints related to installations promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of completed projects, including documentation of site conditions, installation checklists, and customer feedback.

Evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
