Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of drapery production to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Oversee fabric cutting, sewing, and assembly processes, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.

Lead, train, and supervise the production team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to optimize productivity and minimize delays.

Maintain quality control processes, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company and client standards.

Manage inventory and procurement of materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to align production with project requirements.

Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Prepare reports on production metrics, costs, and performance for senior management review.
