We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Coating Department. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe production of coated products while meeting quality standards and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and meeting quality standards.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring adherence to proper work techniques and safety practices.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Ensure the coating process meets required specifications, adjusting when necessary to maintain quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
- Track and report production performance, including key metrics like rates, defects, and downtime.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to maintain necessary stock.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in a coating or manufacturing environment.
