salary: $52,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the assembly line team to meet production targets for roller shades.
Actively participate in the assembly process, ensuring production flow and resolving any issues.
Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all roller shades meet company specifications.
Train and mentor team members on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and efficient
workflows.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained for uninterrupted
production.
Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Track and report production metrics, including output, waste, and quality control data.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency.
Communicate with management to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.



The essential functions of this role include:
