Responsibilities
Experience in overseeing small team(s) of 5-10 electrical wiring technicians.
· Experience in process flow, setting priorities, and managing build time expectations.
· Background in the assembly and wiring of electric control panels.
· Knowledge in Switchgear and Panelboards.
· Be able to read electrical schematic / wiring diagrams, identify electrical components such as, breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, overloads, etc.
· Work from manufacturing information such as bill of materials, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and oral or written instructions to accurately install the correct wires and complete production in a timely manner.
· Responsible for understanding power flow and referencing guidelines to comply with regulations
· Be responsible for quality, including visual inspections of material before and after wiring, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors
· Lift up to 35 lbs. on a consistent basis.
Minimum Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s license
· 15+ years’ experience in wiring control panels or electrical equipment
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Good computer skills/Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
