- Experience with manual spinning and PNC/CNC lathe spinning (preferred).
- Background in metal fabrication (preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and operate measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Attention to detail and hands-on technical skills.
- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Secure metal disks to spinning chucks and prepare the lathe for operation.
- Use long-handled tools and apply precise pressure to shape metal disks according to blueprints.
- Adjust processes to accommodate varying metal types, thicknesses, temperatures, and lathe speeds.
- Trim excess material using bar tool attachments.
- Perform routine maintenance on manual and CNC spinning equipment.
- Document production activities and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and production requirements.
