Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, relays, switches, transformers, and control panels.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs in industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards (OSHA, NEC, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
- Install and align motors, bearings, and pumps to optimize performance.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and improve system efficiency.
