Responsibilities
- Travel Nationwide to customer locations for on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC's to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Install new systems, machinery, or equipment at client sites, ensuring smooth setup and proper functioning.
- Provide high-level technical support by diagnosing complex issues and offering solutions for customers in various industries.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and routine maintenance as part of regular service agreements.
- Communicate with clients to schedule service visits and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, including time logs, parts used, and technical issues resolved.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment required for service visits.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and updates on equipment and service technologies.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner when interacting with clients.
- Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations while traveling between job sites.
- Adhere to company travel policies, including maintaining a travel schedule and managing travel expenses.
