Responsibilities

• Use SAP and computer to retrieve and read technical specifications.
• Perform hourly inspection, test, and measure materials or products being produced while in process in 2 or more areas/departments.
• Measure product using standards comparison and other Quality Control equipment.
• Report inspection results and test data completely, accurately, and timely.
• Report problems to QC and Operations Supervisors/Managers.
• Approve or hold lots after inspection depending on AQL results.
• Monitor and confirm production operations conform to specifications or customers’ requirements.
• Ensure and document Line Clearance.
• Ensure and verify Critical Process Parameter Line Set Up.
• Determine sampling plan based on AQL, specifications, etc.
• Collection & processing of various samples (micro, retain, customer, etc.).
• Working familiarity with cGMPs and GDP – raise violations to supervisor level.
• Initiate and support Defective Material Reporting.
• Organize standards and ensure standards are available for reference.
• Assignment/focus /trained in at least two areas/departments.
• Adheres to and familiarity with all safety guidelines and practices – raise violations to supervisor level.
