We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assistant to support electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for commercial and industrial trucks/vehicles. In this role, you will assist with wiring, panel installations, circuit troubleshooting, and ensuring that electrical systems comply with local and national electrical codes. Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial trucks/vehicles.
- Support with wiring, panel installations, circuit troubleshooting, and ensuring all systems comply with local and national electrical codes.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and testing devices, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate in electrical inspections and assist with repairs under the guidance of senior electricians.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams to understand system layouts and component specifications.
- Assist in soldering, assembly procedures, and other electrical tasks as needed.
