Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems and equipment, including production machines, packaging machines, motors, and conveyor belts.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and systems, including PLCs, sensors, control panels, and other electrical components.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on automation systems, ensuring systems are functioning optimally and downtime is minimized.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, to troubleshoot electrical issues in machines, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Interpret and work with electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and PLC programming to ensure proper system installation and functionality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on all electrical systems and equipment to proactively avoid unplanned downtime and enhance safety.
- Respond to and resolve electrical issues promptly, minimizing production delays and ensuring consistent operations.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective electrical solutions.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
