Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production machinery.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns or malfunctioning equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
- Work with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide support during inventory management of maintenance parts and supplies.
- Assist with training less experienced technicians or maintenance staff as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Welding and fabrication skills.
