Responsibilities

·          Operates automated and manual electronic test equipment on circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.



Key responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading test fixtures
Operating test measurement devices like DVMM, O-scope, and frequency counters
Testing equipment on circuit board assemblies and subassemblies
Assisting engineering and other personnel in the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery
 

Responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line and meeting production goals while performing the assigned test duties.
·          Correctly label, stamp or mark boards and fill out tags. Use of bar-code scanner.
·          Ability to assist Tester I and Tester II personnel in the performance of their duties.
·          Advise supervisor and diagnostic department of any recurring test failure so that prompt corrective action may be taken.
·          Must be able to differentiate between test equipment failures and test performance failures.
·          Ensure assemblies are properly handled.
·          Ensure daily logs are maintained and process control sheets are accurate before moving to next process.

 



The essential functions of this role include:
