- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
- knowledge of G-code, CNC programming, and machine operations
- Ability to lead a team, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality output
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring productivity and quality
- Lead and train shop employees, promoting safety and best practices
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC equipment
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders
