Randstad is seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our client’s team in the electronics manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and accuracy, ensuring the highest quality standards. • Proven experience as a PCB Assembler in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in both through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
• attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Manual dexterity and experience with small components and tools
• Familiarity with electronic components and industry-standard safety practices

Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed schematics and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on assembled PCBs
• Identify and troubleshoot any assembly issues and make necessary repairs
• Utilize both through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) for component placement and soldering
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and small power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures
