Responsibilities
Organize and support the team of warehouse staff to ensure that all their daily tasks are finished
Drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse activity
Train and supervise a small staff of warehouse personnel
Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
Using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address warehouse discrepancies
Determine, track, and report the most important warehouse KPIs
