Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production equipment like mixers, conveyors, fryers, and spiral freezers.
- Execute preventive maintenance using SAP-based CMMS while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime.
- Utilize MIG and TIG welding skills to fabricate and repair machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and PLC schematics to diagnose and address issues proactively.
- Ensure safety and compliance by following OSHA guidelines, including Lock-out/Tag-out and other protocols.

- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance or a similar field.
- strong troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
- Experience with welding, machining, and refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work actively throughout the facility.
- Proficient with SAP, CMMS, PLCs, and VFDs is highly desired.
