We're a leading provider of diesel truck repair and maintenance services, specializing in fleet and commercial vehicle solutions. We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic with experience in diagnostic procedures to join our team and ensure our customers receive top-quality service. We have multiple locations and positions available throughout New York, including Service Manager roles. Applicants from all areas and pay ranges are encouraged to apply.   



salary: $71,000 - $90,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other components.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify engine and system faults accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Repair fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Work with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and parts used.

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
