We are a leader in the fleet maintenance/commercial trucking/logistics industry, providing top-quality diesel truck repair and maintenance services. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department, ensure high-quality repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction. Diesel Truck experience is heavily prefered but not required.   

salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee a team of diesel mechanics and service technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet company and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and fleet managers.
• Schedule service appointments and allocate work orders efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts ordering with suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyze service reports and performance metrics to improve department efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty claims professionally.
• Train and develop technicians to enhance skill levels and ensure quality workmanshi
