Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the quality of materials and products at both incoming and outgoing stages.
- Utilize precision measuring tools, such as calipers, to measure product dimensions accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of defects and inspection/test data to track product quality.
- Accept or reject finished goods based on their conformity to specifications.
- Remove non-conforming products and materials from the production line to prevent defects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Evaluate internal processes for compliance with quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards.
- Identify areas for compliance improvement and suggest strategies for continuous process optimization.
- Develop and present detailed audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
