Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment to ensure optimal plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certification or Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. PLC programming experience is a plus.
- Certifications: OSHA 10/30, Electrical License, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
