Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment through troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with SAP for maintenance tracking is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  
  
• Utilize SAP or other CMMS software to track work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  
  
• Install and upgrade machinery components as needed.
  
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  
  
• Document maintenance activities and provide reports as required.

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
