What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, inspect, and test various production systems.
- Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, high-voltage electrical, and mechanical repairs on injection molding equipment.
- Set up assembly line equipment within established parameters.
- Assist with installing and relocating equipment as needed.
- Disassemble machines and replace or repair defective parts and components.
- Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws for maintenance tasks.
- Train the production team on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and quality programs.
- Cross-train in all areas of molding and assembly equipment maintenance.
