Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and injection molding machines according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs to ensure accurate machining.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to maintain high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure quality control.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and injection molding machines.
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, or similar).
- strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience in machine setup, tool changes, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes and machine operation is a plus.
