Responsibilities

• Assembly of Electrical Components: Assemble electrical components such as circuit boards, connectors, and wiring harnesses based on engineering diagrams and specifications.
• Soldering and Desoldering: Perform precise soldering and desoldering of components on circuit boards, ensuring proper connections and quality solder joints.
• Wire Routing and Termination: Route and terminate wires to ensure secure electrical connections and maintain neat and organized assemblies.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect solder joints and assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards, performing corrective actions as needed.
• Functional Testing: Test electrical assemblies to verify functionality and adherence to specifications, using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including components used, testing results, and any issues encountered.
• Collaboration with Engineers: Work with engineers to troubleshoot assembly issues, suggest design improvements, and assist in optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling electrical components, tools, and soldering equipment, including wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving assembly efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring high-quality standards.
