Responsibilities
Requirements:
Ability to work with great concentration and precision.
Mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of gears, chains, and sprocket drives.
Knowledge of taps and dies.
Knowledge of mechanical assemblies; seals, bearings, and machine surfaces.
Must be responsible and compliant with all safety guidelines.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must be able to operate a forklift and overhead crane safely.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
Duties include but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with CNC Machines.
Assemble processes for industrial equipment.
Routine plant maintenance.
Basic daily shop cleanup.
Other duties as needed.
Ideal qualifications:
Good math skills
Be able to operate boom and scissor lifts.
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying
materials.
PPE is required at all times in the plant and yard
