Responsibilities

• Operate plate rolling machines to bend and form metal plates according to blueprints and project specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements to fabricate metal components accurately.
• Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments of rolling machines to achieve precise results.
• Select and handle appropriate metal materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with welders, fitters, and other fabricators to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures and protocols.
