We are looking to hire a Forklift Operator for an overnight shift. you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise or materials in a warehouse or distribution center. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, performing quality checks, and ensuring that items are properly stored and accounted for.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift: Safely drive and operate forklifts to transport materials or products throughout the warehouse or facility.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, or shelves, ensuring correct handling of materials.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate count of materials and ensure proper storage of items in designated locations.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage and ensure they are stored properly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Organize Warehouse: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring easy access to materials when needed.
• Shipping/Receiving: Assist in the shipment and receipt of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Record Keeping: Log and track inventory, movements, and inspections in inventory management systems.
