Responsibilities
- Perform precision hand soldering of electronic components, circuit boards, and battery packs.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and compliance with IPC standards.
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, and microscopes to complete detailed work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
- Assemble battery packs, wiring harnesses, and electronic components according to work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Work efficiently in a team environment to meet production goals.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
