Responsibilities

✔️ Set up and operate grinding and polishing equipment, including surface grinders, belt sanders, buffing wheels, and handheld power tools, ensuring optimal machine settings for desired results.

✔️ Prepare workpieces by cleaning, deburring, and positioning them according to precise specifications.

✔️ Grind and shape metal surfaces by removing excess material, refining contours, and smoothing welds to achieve a seamless finish.

✔️ Polish surfaces from 80 grit to a mirror-like 400 grit finish, ensuring a high-quality, refined appearance.

✔️ Inspect workpieces throughout the process to maintain strict quality standards, checking dimensions, surface finish, and identifying any defects.

✔️ Select appropriate grinding and polishing wheels, belts, and compounds tailored to the material type and finishing requirements.

✔️ Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean, organiz
