salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw and processed meat products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify and correct potential quality issues.
• Perform routine checks on packaging, labeling, and storage conditions.
• Document and report inspection findings and communicate with production teams.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and company quality policies.
• Assist with internal audits and support corrective action plans when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with sanitation protocols.
