Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and optimize G-code programs for Haas CNC machines to produce precision components for custom electrical motors.
  
  
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files to ensure components meet exact specifications.
  
  
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including tooling selection, work offsets, and fixture setups.
  
  
• Machine and process various materials, including copper, steel, aluminum, and cobalt, while maintaining strict high-tolerance requirements.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to produce motor components with exceptional accuracy and quality.
  
  
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
  
  
• Perform detailed quality inspections to verify component accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  
  
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce waste, and optimize performance.
  
  
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and comply with all company safety standards.
