Location: 33619 ⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Pay Rate: $25-$26 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team! This is a 100% onsite role, where you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, ordering parts, and maintaining stock levels across multiple locations. This is a customer and vendor facing role where you will be utilizing the phone and email to communicate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order parts as needed to ensure adequate stock levels while avoiding overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory across multiple locations.
- Analyze inventory trends to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure efficient stock management.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for inventory improvements.
- Assist with implementing inventory control processes and best practices.
- Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
