Responsibilities

• CNC Programming: Develop and modify CNC programs for Milling Machines . Adjust programs to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Machine Setup: Set up CNC Milling Machines, install tooling and fixtures, and ensure machine alignment to meet production requirements.
• Machine Operation: Operate CNC Milling Machine to produce precision parts, adjusting machine settings for quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for accuracy using precision measuring tools and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, adjustments, and maintenance logs.
