Job Summary: The Sit-Down Forklift Operator/Inventory Control is responsible for efficiently managing warehouse inventory while safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials. This position ensures accurate inventory tracking, conducts cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and supports overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, adhere to safety protocols, and work collaboratively to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inventory checks, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Follow OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including order picking and pallet organization.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to optimize storage and stock movement.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
• Generate inventory reports as required.
