Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Identify and use appropriate tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct small physical property repairs to maintain the facility.
- Operate equipment as needed to enhance processing times and reduce downtimes.
- Lead and collaborate with the team to implement continuous process improvements.
- Apply lean principles (including VSM, Kaizen, A3) to improve efficiency and drive value creation.
- Actively lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities.
- Foster a culture of servant leadership, emphasizing respect, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and facility repairs.
- strong understanding of lean methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities
- Monitor all equipment on a daily basis. May be responsible for operating processing machinery and repair of equipment in the facility.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment; troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
- Basic understanding and application of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for the proper maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Ensures that manufacturing equipment is functional and supplies are ready.
- Tests production quality by visually inspecting ice for clarity, cube size, and hole space.
- Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis and countermeasure implementation.
- Identification and proper usage of tools and equipment to conduct general facility maintenance.
- Can facilitate basic data analysis for Root Cause Identification
- Identify and bring opportunities for continuous process improvement to Operation Manager’s attention.
- Complete safety checklists as required by the Safety/Risk Management Department.
- Able to identify, monitor and correct issues regarding industrial health and safety
