We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team and contribute to the assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products. This role requires expertise in both manual assembly techniques and the operation of automated production equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints, and perform a variety of tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. The assembler will be responsible for ensuring all components meet precise tolerances and specifications.

salary: $45,760 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

• Utilize soldering tools, precision tweezers, and other assembly instruments to assemble products both in sub-assembly and final assembly stages
• Interpret detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and work travelers to ensure proper execution of assembly processes
• Operate measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain high-quality standards and ensure accuracy in assembly
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools with great attention to detail and quality
• Setup and adjust equipment, ensuring compliance with blueprint specifications and operational requirements
