What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting precision parts using manual lathes, mills, and grinders (old-school skills, no CNC shortcuts!).
- Reading blueprints like a pro to bring parts to life.
- Measuring twice (or thrice) and cutting once – accuracy is key!
- Keeping machines in top shape and your workspace clean.
- Working with an awesome team that values quality work and good vibes.
- Experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, grinders – you name it!).
- Blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a steady hand.
- A love for problem-solving and making things work.
- The ability to lift heavy stuff and be on your feet (no desk jobs here!).

Responsibilities
- Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other shop equipment to machine parts to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Set up and adjust machines, selecting appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal results.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to resolve machining challenges and improve processes.
