Responsibilities
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments using UPS WorldShip and other carrier systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Accurately label, package, and document outgoing shipments according to company and customer requirements.
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products are undamaged and meet shipping standards.
- Perform data entry tasks for shipping and inventory tracking systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments as needed.
