Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Design and create comprehensive training programs for manufacturing technicians, focusing on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, covering topics such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), installation techniques, troubleshooting methods, and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain training resources, including manuals, video tutorials, and presentation slides, ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant to current manufacturing practices.
- Assess the success of training programs through participant feedback, performance evaluations, and assessments, and make necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
- Offer personalized coaching and additional support to employees who may need extra guidance or are struggling with specific manufacturing techniques or safety standards.
- Guarantee that trainees are knowledgeable about using tools and equipment properly, and ensure their understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of employee training progress, certifications, and completion of required courses to ensure compliance and readiness for new responsibilities.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify areas where further training or development may be required, ensuring employees are fully equipped to meet operational goals.
