Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage preventive and routine maintenance across the property
- Develop and enforce maintenance schedules and standards
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure work quality
- Maintain and oversee buildings and systems, including historic structures
- Create and manage the facility maintenance budget
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions
- Oversee contractor work, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance
- Develop long-term plans for renovations and facility improvements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance projects
- Ensure facilities meet safety regulations and company standards
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and facility maintenance best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors in various weather conditions, and maintain a flexible schedule
