- Inspection: Perform visual and functional inspections of electrical components, checking for defects or inconsistencies.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose electrical issues by reviewing product designs, circuit diagrams, and using specialized equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure products meet regulatory and safety standards (e.g., UL, IEC, ISO).
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of tests, including results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and production teams to address any quality concerns and improve processes.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all electrical products by implementing rigorous quality control procedures and offering feedback to improve production techniques.
